Over the last 8 years, Rick has led a successful outsourced back-office services business in the Healthcare sector (servicing private medical practices and private/public hospitals) across Australia and New Zealand. Rick's vision for the company is driven by his ardent passion for solving everyday problems in the healthcare sector via the use of innovative technologies. His diverse team of like-minded professionals are focused on nurturing quality and trusted long-term partnerships with all of HealtheSoft's stakeholders.

Charlotte is an experienced marketing professional with years of experience in local and global Organisations. With a passion for building relationships between brands and customers through the combination of technology and communications, she is well placed to help our stakeholders achieve their goals.
Co-Founder / Advisory Consultant
Avi has had a longstanding interest in the eHealth and telemedicine space. He is a urological and transplant Surgeon servicing the NSW Hunter New England area as well as a global tele-health specialist urologist for Médecins sans Frontiers, advising on complex cases in sub Saharan Africa and the Middle East remotely. Having worked across health systems in Australia and the UK, he is well placed to advise on shortcomings and areas of improvement in the eHealth space. He is passionate about providing top quality medical care regardless of geographical location, and equality of services to all.
Co-Founder / Advisory Consultant
Soji is a Sydney University Medical graduate who completed his training as a specialist Physician at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, He won an NH& MRC scholarship to perform research for a PhD in molecular endocrinology at the University of Sydney and University of Turku in Finland.
He was awarded the Maurie Koop Scholarship from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to study an MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management, following which he worked for BCG as a Strategy Consultant during which he was directly involved in the start up of a new low cost airline as well as examining the work flow efficiency of a Scandinavian hospital.
He has also advised start-up biotech firms on their strategy and pitch to investors for capital and helped in the founding, branding and marketing of Professional Transcription Solutions to become one of the most successful medical transcription providers to specialists and hospitals in Australia and New Zealand.
After returning to clinical medicine he was appointed as a visiting Consultant Physician (Endocrinologist) at Concord Hospital where his is on call for acute endocrinology admissions, teaches undergraduate and post graduate students and is involved in research projects.
He also conducts an endocrinology practice in private rooms where he provides consultations for patients from around NSW, Australia as well as from overseas. His special interests include metabolic and hormonal health in Diabetes and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (weight gain, irregular periods, acne and hirsuitism in women).
He has given several lectures to GPs and Diabetes Australia conferences across Australia as well as to the University of NSW and University of Sydney students.

Serena is a highly seasoned Strategic Development Manager for private Medical Practices and has over 25 years experience assisting clients in streamlining their end-to-end business processes based on best practice medical industry methodologies. She has worked directly with company directors, CEO's, Executives and all levels of staff in helping them achieve their professional, operational and strategic objectives. Through the course of her work, Serena has been well versed in the recommendation and the use of various cost-effective and efficient hardware and software technologies for her clients.
